আহা আম! নামটাই একটানে ছোটবেলায় পৌঁছে দেয়। আম কুড়ানোর কতনা স্মৃতি। বড়বেলায়ও আআম বেশ কাছে টানে। গরমের জন্য আমের মকটেলটা খুব রিফ্রেশিং। হাতের কাছেই পাওয়া যায়। আখেরে তো ত্রিপুরার সিজন্যাল ফলই।
কি কি লাগবে?
১) আম রস ১০০ মিলিগ্রাম
২) বরফ টুকরো ১ কাপ
৩) লেবু আর্ধেকটা
৪) চিনি স্বাদ মতো বা দু চামচ
৫) পুদিনা পাতা- ১২-১৫টা
৬) সোডা আধা বোতল
বানাবেন কিভাবে?
প্রথমে যে কোন ভালো মিস্টি আমকে খোসা ছাড়িয়ে মিক্সিতে একটু জল দিয়ে পিওরি বানাতে হবে। খুব পাতলা যাতে না হয় লক্ষ রাখতে হবে। এবার ১০০ মিলিঃ এর মতো রস নিতে হবে। তারপর গ্লাসের মধ্যে আধা লেবুটাকে দুই ভাগ করে কেটে নিয়ে তারসাথে পুদিনা পাতা থেতো করে চিনি দিয়ে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। এবার তার উপর বানানো আমের পিউরিটা ঢেলে দিয়ে তার উপর আধ ভাঙ্গা বরফ বেশিরভাগটা দিয়ে সোডা ঢেলে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন। গ্লাসের উপরে দুটো পুদিনা পাতা আর একটা লেবুর স্লাইস দিতে পারেন পরিবেশনের জন্য।
